1) Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state or country) to use the App. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
One account per person: You agree to maintain only a single account. Creating or maintaining multiple accounts may lead to restriction, suspension, or termination and forfeiture of rewards.
2) Account Security, Biometric Login & “Remember Me”
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (phone, username, and password). You may not share or transfer your account.
- Biometric Login (Optional): If enabled on your device (e.g., Face ID / Touch ID), you may use it to unlock your session. Biometric templates are managed by your device’s OS; RGTB does not collect or store biometric identifiers.
- “Remember Me” (Optional): If you opt in, the App may store a device-bound credential (e.g., a refresh token) to keep you signed in. Use this on personal devices only. You can disable it by logging out or turning it off in settings.
- Shared/Lost Devices: Do not enable Biometrics or “Remember Me” on shared devices. If your device is lost or compromised, promptly disable these features and change your password.
- Verification: We may require identity verification to prevent fraud, comply with law, or before enabling withdrawals and certain features.
3) Leasing & Rewards
- Users may lease digital items or services within the App.
- Rewards are earned through daily check-ins, referrals, and other in-app participation as described in the App.
- Reward rates may vary based on leased items, duration, and upgrade level.
- No early cancellations: Leases cannot be canceled early.
4) Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
- Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, eligible crypto processors). RGTB does not store full payment instrument data.
- Withdrawals may require identity verification and are subject to a minimum withdrawal threshold and applicable fees.
- RGTB is not responsible for delays or errors caused by banks, payment processors, networks, or blockchains.
5) Referral Program
- Referral rewards are granted only when eligibility criteria are met (e.g., valid sign-up and bona fide participation by referred users).
- Self-referrals, misuse, or fraudulent activity are prohibited and may result in suspension or forfeiture of rewards.
6) Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App unlawfully, to exploit bugs, reverse engineer, circumvent security, harvest data, or upload harmful, infringing, or offensive content.
7) Intellectual Property & Feedback
The App, trademarks, and content are owned by RGTB or its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App per these Terms.
By submitting feedback, you grant RGTB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate it without obligation.
8) Third-Party Services
We rely on third-party providers (e.g., payment processors, hosting/analytics). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.
9) Service Availability
The App may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features may vary by region and device. We may impose usage limits to protect the service.
10) Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms (including the one-account rule), suspected fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or to comply with legal obligations.
11) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RGTB disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12) Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue and jurisdiction lie in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
13) Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Agreement to Arbitrate: You and RGTB agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and not in a class, representative, or consolidated action or proceeding. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this Arbitration Agreement.
Process: Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules and, where applicable, the Consumer Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration will be Cook County, Illinois. The language of the arbitration will be English.
Exception — Small Claims: Either party may seek relief in small-claims court in Cook County, Illinois if the claim qualifies.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@rapidgtb.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, account identifier (phone/username), and a statement that you opt out of arbitration.
Class-Action Waiver: You and RGTB agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
Severability: If any part of this Section 13 is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect, and the unenforceable part will be severed. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable, the entirety of this Section 13 will be unenforceable.
14) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the App. Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
